Every adaptive-reuse project opens up new ways to redefine not only a space but an experience. Initially built in 1984 a 73,000 square-foot building offered a generic appearance – an anonymous solution to an unknown office tenant. 30+ years later the building has a new life, with a layered and performative facade that allows each entry to have its own unique identity.
