More about Mayumi:
In the urban context of Los Angeles, Mayumi was designed as a courtyard building that clearly defines an outside public face experienced from the street and the automobile, contrasted with a transformative and calm experience in a lush private courtyard on the inside.

More about the JWP Office:
In a change of pace, John Wells Productions was looking to grow into their own space, previously working out of the Warner Brother’s lot. Within the expansion there was a desire to create purpose-built spaces while retaining a relaxed home feeling.

More about the Willoughby Duplexes:
The Willoughby Duplexes encompass an entire block near the La Brea Corridor. This complex is consciously designed to create a “village-like” feel, with six two-story residences oriented in pairs with intersecting circulation and landscaping to create flow and green-space.
