Site cleared for 6007 Sunset Blvd. Project

Our mixed-use project, 6007 Sunset Blvd., has had its site cleared and is ready for construction. 6007 Sunset Blvd is a seven-story building that features 109 apartments, 14,6000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, as well as 196 spaces of subterranean and podium parking. The project which is owned by CIM Group is designed by ShubinDonaldson with Lahmon Architects serving as the project’s architect of record.
